A perspective shaped by change.

I’m interested in what shapes us – the experiences, choices and assumptions that influence how we live and work. And what happens when the life we’ve built no longer feels like the right fit.

I tend to look beyond the obvious, question familiar patterns and explore what else might be possible.

From the Isar to the Mediterranean.

I grew up in Germany and spent years building my life and career in Munich, close to the Isar. Eventually, I felt ready for something different, even though I couldn’t quite put into words what that meant.

So I moved to Marseille. To the sea, a different pace of life and a new perspective.

Looking back, the move was about more than a change of place. It made me question familiar ideas about work, identity and what a fulfilling life can look like. It taught me how much becomes possible when we step outside what we know.

Where strategy meets people.

With over 15 years of experience in communication, brand strategy and creative leadership, a background in business psychology and training in systemic coaching, I bring together different ways of understanding people, brands and organisations.

Through New Waters, I work with organisations on positioning and creative concepts, and with individuals navigating professional questions, personal change and decisions about what comes next.

What connects these different contexts is my way of working: looking beneath the surface, connecting perspectives and identifying what truly matters – then giving it direction and expression.

I’m based in Marseille and work internationally. If something here resonates, I’d love to hear from you.
